I serve as the Finance Director of Zimbabwean Nurses Network-USA and as the Director of Jayvaun Consultancy, bringing over a decade of progressive experience in business and financial consultancy, tax advisory, and operational management. I specialize in financial planning, tax compliance, payroll systems, auditing, and strategic resource management, ensuring organizational efficiency, accountability, and long-term sustainability. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, as well as an Associate Degree in Business Intelligence, which strengthens my ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making. I also hold a Degree in Taxation and Payroll (Fiscal Studies, Zimbabwe), providing a strong foundation in taxation, statutory compliance, and payroll administration. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) to further enhance my leadership and executive management capabilities. My professional experience spans international business environments across Africa, Europe, and the United States, where I have developed a strong understanding of global trade systems, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border financial operations. As a tax and financial consultant, I have supported businesses with tax planning, compliance strategies, and financial structuring to improve performance and regulatory alignment. In addition to my financial and consulting work, I currently work as a Logistics Manager in the United States, where I oversee fleet operations, dispatch coordination, and supply chain efficiency. I also bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in motor vehicle and truck mechanics, which allows me to effectively align financial strategy with operational realities, particularly within transportation and logistics environments. I am committed to excellence in financial governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
