Pamela Tariro Midzi is a dedicated nursing professional with 15 years of clinical experience. She began her nursing career in Zimbabwe as a registered nurse and later advanced into midwifery, becoming a nurse-midwife with experience in maternal, newborn, and family-centered care. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in healthcare quality and patient safety. She currently serves as a Charge Nurse at a Magnet-recognized hospital, where she provides clinical leadership, supports nursing teams, coordinates patient care, and promotes safe, high-quality outcomes. Pamela is passionate about evidence-based practice, patient safety, mentoring nurses, and contributing to excellence in healthcare.
