Victoria is a Zimbabwean registered nurse currently practicing in the United States, with nearly two decades of nursing experience. She serves as Director – Programs & Professional Development and a Board Member – Programs & Community Engagement on the Board of Directors. Her professional background includes emergency nursing, critical care, dialysis, nursing education, and undergraduate and postgraduate mentorship.

She has also expanded her professional focus into healthcare quality, patient safety, compliance, and process improvement. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis on Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety. She is currently pursuing the Certified Professional in Patient Safety certification. She is also a certified Tablo Hemodialysis System user, with experience managing inpatient and outpatient dialysis services and providing renal education. Victoria serves on committees focused on safe patient handling, process improvement opportunities, and compliance. She is passionate about professional development, nursing education, mentorship, and inspiring the next generation of nurses. She believes that behind every healthcare quality metric is a nurse who has been taught, mentored, inspired, supported, and empowered to provide excellent care.
