Founded in 2026, Zimbabwean Nurses Network-USA is a professional organization dedicated to empowering Zimbabwean nurses and student nurses across the United States. We connect registered nurses, student nurses, educators, healthcare leaders, and emerging professionals through mentorship, professional development, advocacy, and specialty-focused networks that support career growth, clinical confidence, and meaningful impact in healthcare.

Mission Statement
The Zimbabwean Nurses Network–USA (ZNN-USA) is a nonprofit professional association organized under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The organization exists to promote the collective professional, educational, economic, and advocacy interests of Zimbabwean nurses, student Nurses of Zimbabwean origin and allied professionals practicing, studying, or residing in the United States.
ZNN-USA advances workforce development, professional advocacy, mentorship, leadership capacity, and collaborative engagement to strengthen nursing practice and representation within U.S. healthcare systems.
